Employer accounts require a subscription plan to post jobs and access candidate profiles. Subscriptions are subject to manual approval. Job postings must comply with applicable employment laws and must be genuine open positions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
  • Collect candidate information for purposes other than recruitment
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Harass, spam, or otherwise harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MediPharmaJobs.com, including logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to Medi Pharma Group. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

MediPharmaJobs.com is a recruitment platform. We do not guarantee employment or the accuracy of job listings. We are not responsible for employer conduct or the outcome of any recruitment process.

8. Limitation of Liability
